How we can help

Merseyside Law Centre provide legal advice and representation to asylum seekers / vulnerable migrants

for the following issues:


Asylum Support Applications and Appeals:

  • S.95, s.98 and s.4 applications – for accommodation and support only;

  • Asylum Support appeal submission and preparation.      

  • Challenging suitability of Asylum Support accommodation.

  • Relocation requests where accommodation is unsuitable.

Applications for Judicial Review:

  • Judicial Review in relation to Asylum Support and Accommodation (subject to eligibility for Legal Aid)

Other Support:

  • Accommodation and housing issues;

  • Disrepair – reporting, escalations and complaints;

  • Legal advice and assistance for destitute and homeless asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants.


Matters must be in scope for Legal Aid in order for us to assist.
