Asylum Support

What we can help with
  • Applications for Asylum Support (including s.98, s.95 and S.4) and under Schedule 10.

  • Submission and preparation of appeals against Asylum Support decisions (including referrals to ASAP for representation at the Tribunal hearing).

  • Preparation and submissions of requests for review of decisions to refuse, suspend or remove Asylum Support.

  • Resolution of Housing issues (for Asylum Seekers and vulnerable migrants) including possession proceedings, loss of home when Asylum Support ceases and housing requirements for those with additional needs.

  • Advice and assistance in resolving other housing matters including destitution, disrepair and fitness for habitation.

Where Legal Aid is not available the work here will be funded by Liverpool City Council under the Our Liverpool project. Work done under the Our Liverpool project must be limited only to those living inside the Liverpool area.

If you require assistance with any of these issues please email us on and we will look at booking you in for an appointment.
